Event: The 2007 Tennessee State University Engineering Association Annual Homecoming Meeting
Who: To ALL TSU College of Engineering, Technology and Computer Science alumni and faculty
What: TSU Engineering Chapter Alumni Annual Homecoming Meeting
When: Friday, November 2nd, 2007. 5:00PM to 7:00PM CST (Refreshments to be served before and after the meeting)
Where: Location TBD
Why:

  1. To review the TSUEAA and TSU CoETCS Alumni Endowment Financial Report.
  2. To review the TSUEAA Web Site Report and Update Plan.
  3. To review and ratify the new Constitution and By-Laws of the TSUEAA.
  4. To elect new officers of the TSUEAA for the 2007-2009 association period. These are the positions that are up for election:

    President
    Vice-President
    Treasurer
    Corresponding Secretary
    Recording Secretary
    Parliamentarian
  5. To elect members of the "Board of Advisors" for the TSU CoETCS Alumni Endowment.
  6. To recognize TSUEAA members, select CoETCS alumni, and CoETCS faculty/staff.
  7. To address any new business of the TSUEAA.

How: By you being there (You must be a financial member to vote on chapter business. Please pay your membership dues before the meeting. Go to http://www.tsuengralumni.org/membership to become financial)

  3. TSUEAA Nomination Recommendation Form (Please complete, send to msevans719@bellsouth.net and ckflack@bellsouth.net by October 2nd.)
  4. TSUEAA Nominee Biographical Sketch Form (Please complete, send to msevans719@bellsouth.net and ckflack@bellsouth.net by October 12th, for distribution to all TSUEAA members for review before November 2nd meeting. Only TSUEAA financial member can be elected officers.)
  5. TSUEAA Sample Ballot ( Actual ballot will be mailed or e-mailed 7 days in advance of the November 2nd meeting, for those that cannot attend. Only TSUEAA financial members can vote.)
  6. TSU CoETCS Alumni Endowment Distribution Policy and Procedure (Will be sent to you within 30 days before meeting for your review.)
  7. TSUEAA Constitution (Will be sent to you within 30 days before meeting for your review.)
