TSU CoETCS ALUMNI ENDOWMENT - HOW TO GIVE
The TSU College of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science Alumni Endowment BUILDING Efforts Continue, as we "March to 2012":
The TSU Engineering Alumni Association continues its TSU CoETCS Alumni Endowment building efforts into 2007, with a repeat of its “Mighty 100” campaign, as well as introduce other major giving categories for all to participate. At TSU’s 2006 Homecoming, each of the "Mighty 100" gave $1,000 or more to LAUNCH your endowment. "The Mighty 100" made the first deposit of $100,000 into our restricted account to establish our "TSU CoETCS Alumni Endowment" within the TSU Foundation. This is your alumni endowment for your college. This year, “The Mighty 100” will “Do It Again.” This year, "The Mighty 100" challenges all to give. The TSUEAA has targeted to raise $2.2M by Homecoming 2008. We plan to raise $1.2M through annual and life-time alumni gifts and $1M through corporate giving, the latter in partnership with the university's fundraising efforts. We are asking you to commit to give "annually" to your College of Engineering, Technology and Computer Science Alumni Endowment, starting this year. Here's what we have established as goals per each giving category, so please plan to commit to give annually at one of the following giving levels:

Even if you can only give $25, $50, or $75, commit to give something on an annual basis!! Every contribution counts 'equally' as your vote of support to 'your' college. Everybody can contribute something. Your college's future depends on your contributions. Economics is the single, most-powerful language which universities communicate by in this day and time. Make your voice be heard, and give. If you want to be at the table to help decide the future of your college, give. It is that simple.
Our 2007-2008 effort is the 'start' of a 5-year campaign to raise over $10M for our alumni endowment as we 'March to 2012', TSU's 100-year anniversity. If we commit to give annually and solicit others to give annually, our $10M endowment will 'perpetually' provide interest income of over $400K per year for student scholarships, starting in 2013. 2012 is not a far way away, so I am looking for you to lead the way. It is achievable, possible and attainable, and I believe we can do it. Let's make it happen!
If you are not able to give at the $1,000 “Mighty 100” level, please commit to give something "annually". If you are able to give more, please feel free to give as much as you can! We desire that all of will participate. You can start making your contributions 'now' (see instructions below). If you work for a company with corporate gift matching benefits, please attach your company's gift matching form with your contribution. ALL alumni, family and friends are welcome to support our efforts to “Build the Endowment and Secure the Future” for our college, the TSU College of Engineering, Technology and Computer Science.
If you work for a corporation that desires to make a special, large "one-time-gift" to the TSU CoETCS Alumni Endowment, please contact me directly at ckflack@bellsouth.net so that we can work together to make this happen. You can give by either of the following methods:
