Clinton S. Jackson, Jr.Clinton received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University in June 1969.

A former Project Engineering Manager (EPC Projects) for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors / Rust Engineers & Constructors Division, Clinton was responsible for Engineering and Design of Pulp & Paper projects, P.M. Rebuilds, BCTMP Mills & Recycle Fiber Systems, Engineering & TIC estimates, studies & proposals. Other assignments included Site Design Team Leader for Piping and Pumping Projects; also completed Pump and Pipe sizing, layout, routing & isometric drawings.

Clinton has been semi-retired since 1997 and currently works temporary contract assignments as a SR Piping Engineer, Sr. Piping Designer, or as a Project Manager. As an independent contractor, he has acquired contract assignment with companies such as Foster Wheeler Environmental, Aerotek Engineering Services, and Brown & Caldwell with assignments to Kimberly-Clark's projects and others.

Clinton has diversified experience and solid academic credentials in Engineering Design and Project Leadership in Industries including Fabrication & Build, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food Processing, Pulp & Paper, and Nuclear, with earlier Aerospace and Defense experience as a Turbine Design Engineer. D.O.D. Secret Clearance, 1966, & D.O.E. "Q" CLR, 1978 & 1984. His technical skills include diligent, mature, profit conscious and safety-oriented Engineer possessing excellent planning skills delivering results within the budget & schedule restraints for Both Design & Leadership. Expertise in Project Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Scope Development, Capital Budget Management and Control, Earned Value Analysis, and Construction Start-Up. Experience as a site design representative, Design Project Lead, Project Management with P&L responsibility, supervising Design & Facilities teams, completing Engineering & Change Order Estimates for both TIC Projects & Design Engineering, Work Breakdown Structure, Facilities Design & Construction of Large & Small projects, excellent internal Client & Customer skills. Design skills include Sizing, Selection, Specifying & Layout of Process Piping Systems-Chemical & Power Piping, P&ID & Isometric development, sizing of pumps & control valves, Flow & Stress analysis, Mechanical / Structural analysis of machine & structural members.

Clinton has been married 40 Years to Josephine Young-Jackson (TSU Alum). He enjoys golf in his spare time.
