Gerry Dupree graduated from TSU in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics. He continued his educational track at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned an MBA. A career U.S. Navy Officer and Aviator, Gerry continues to serve in the Reserves as a rank Commander [CDR.] 05. He serves an an aviator for FedEx Express, the leading Cargo company in the world, where he pilots a MD-11 aircraft to over 210 countries.
Gerry is a member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and was recently elected as the Northeast Regional Vice President for the Organization of Black Airline Pilots (OBAP.ORG).
