#7. Joseph R. Cleveland
Joseph Cleveland is Chief Information Officer for Lockheed Martin Corporation, and President of Lockheed Martin Enterprise Information Systems. As CIO for the Lockheed Martin Corporation, Joseph is responsible for formulating the Corporation’s information technology (IT) vision and strategy, consolidating IT resources, implementing e-commerce initiatives, leveraging economies of scale, and supporting Lockheed Martin businesses. As president of Enterprise Information Systems, Joseph is responsible for all internal information technology operations and services across the $37.2 billion Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Born in Shelbyville, Tennessee, Joseph received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from TSU in 1968 and has completed extensive technical, business and leadership development training throughout his career. He currently divides his time between Lockheed Martin Headquarters in Bethesda, Md., and Enterprise Information Systems operations in Orlando, FL. Joseph is married to the former Ms. Evelyn Harvey (former TSU Tiger Bell), a graduate of TSU, Class of 1969, with a BA in Health & Physical Education. They have four children.
